Steady and Strong is a beginner-friendly fitness class designed to improve balance and strength with evidence based movements. Led by Samantha Williams, E-RYT 500, ACE-CPT, this class begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by a combination of evidence-based movements to support balance and build strength, and concludes with a cool-down. Options will be offered to support participants in choosing the level of challenge that feels appropriate for them. A $5 coupon for Coffee and Crisp is included for participants who join all three classes.
Samantha is a personal trainer, wellness coach, board-certified tai chi instructor, and yoga teacher trainer with over 14 years of experience supporting people in reaching their wellness goals. Samantha often includes movements and principles from biomechanics into her classes to support students in building strength and improving mobility, while encouraging students to practice self compassion.
