Samantha Williams, (E-RYT, Board Certified Tai Chi Instructor) will lead two workshops to help you find the mindful practices that will suit you best.
10:00 am – 12:00 pm Mindful Movement:
Exploring Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong
Explore three major styles of movement which link mind, body and spirit, and discuss the benefits of each. Attendees are welcome to participate and/or observe.
1:00 – 3:00 pm Mindfulness and Meditation:
Techniques and Tips to Quiet the Mind
Discover the four major styles of mediation, and find which works best for you. There will be time for a short practice and discussion of each technique.
$33 per session, or $55 for the day
